Hybrid Part-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — King of Prussia, PA

Join a collaborative behavioral health team providing hybrid in-person and telehealth psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults in King of Prussia, PA. This role requires availability during peak after-school hours and offers a flexible mix of onsite and remote work.

Schedule and work model

• Availability after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends
• Onsite at least 2 days per week (choose one: Mon & Thurs, Tues & Fri, or Wed & Sat)
• Remaining hours remote
• 20 hours/week salaried; hours beyond 20 paid at $100+/hour

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary $75,000 with total earning potential into $170,000+

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/CRNP/APN license
• DEA registration and state prescriptive authority
• Minimum 1 year of independent psychiatric practice post-licensure
• Proficiency with EHRs and telehealth platforms

Expectations

• Deliver patient-centered psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and brief follow-up care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Maintain documentation and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
