Hybrid PMHNP (Pediatric/Young Adult) — After-School Hours, 2 Days Onsite, $135–145K

Join a collaborative behavioral health team in Bala Cynwyd, PA, where you’ll deliver high-quality psychiatric care in a flexible hybrid model. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults, and who can cover peak “after school” hours while balancing in-person and telehealth visits.

What the role looks like

• Minimum 12 hours per week.
• Availability during peak hours: after 4:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or anytime on weekends.
• Onsite at least 2 days per week (choose one of these pairs: Mon & Thurs, Tues & Fri, or Weds & Sat).
• Remaining hours can be completed remotely.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $135,000–$145,000.

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/CRNP/APN license, DEA license, and state prescriptive authority.
• At least 1 year of independent psychiatric practice since licensure.
• Comfortable with EHR systems and virtual care platforms.
