Hybrid PMHNP (Child/Adolescent + Young Adult) — $120–$140/hr 1099, Hybrid Media PA

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our behavioral health team in Media, PA. This hybrid role combines onsite and telehealth care to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered psychiatric services to children, adolescents, and young adults.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing medication management
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and monitor outcomes
• Document encounters accurately in the EHR and participate in clinical consultation

Schedule

• Minimum 10 hours per week (flexible)
• At least 5 hours per week onsite in Media, PA
• Scheduling designed to support work–life balance

Compensation and support

• Competitive hourly rate: $120–$140 per hour (1099)

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
• Board certification (PMHNP-BC) through ANCC or AANP
• DEA registration and Pennsylvania prescriptive authority
• Minimum 2 years of independent PMHNP practice, including at least 1 year treating children, adolescents, or young adults
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Google Workspace
• Reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet for telehealth
