Part-Time Hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — Media, PA (W2)

Join a collaborative, mission-driven team in Media, PA, where you’ll provide integrated psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and young adults. Schedule & work model

• Part-time: 20 hours per week (17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours).
• Hybrid: at least 10 clinical hours onsite at our Media clinic and up to 7 clinical hours remote.
• Administrative hours are completed remotely.
• Flexible scheduling to match patient needs, with a minimum of 10 hours during peak “after-school” times (after 4:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends).

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $72,500 (W2, part-time at 20 hours/week).
• Total earning potential up to $175,000+ annually with productivity-based pay.

Who we’re looking for

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
• PMHNP board certification (PMHNP-BC).
• At least 1 year of independent psychiatric practice post-licensure.
• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/APRN license.
• DEA registration and state prescriptive authority.
• Ability to work onsite in Media, PA for a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week.
• Willingness to work during after-school hours (after 4:00 PM ET and/or weekends).
• Reliable technology setup (personal computer, phone, and high-speed internet).
