Shift: Nights 7:00 PM–7:00 AM; every other weekend required
Hours: 36 hours/week

Pay: $2,340 weekly (travel)
License/Experience:
- Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry specialty
- Minimum 5 years clinical RN experience
- Able to work independently and perform charge nurse duties
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care on Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit per facility policies
- Serve as charge nurse when assigned (team coordination, assignments, unit oversight)
- Float to other units (ED, MCH) as needed
- Document care and communicate with interdisciplinary team
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure for Vermont (or compact/reciprocal as applicable)
- ACLS/BLS current (or per facility requirement)
- Demonstrated ability to manage acuity and supervise staff
Skills:
- Strong clinical assessment and prioritization
- Effective communication and leadership under pressure
- Ability to adapt to varied unit assignments and workflows
