Required:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state of practice.
• BLS certification.

Core responsibilities:

• Assess patients, develop and implement nursing care plans, and document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for diagnostic testing per orders and facility policy.
• Provide ongoing patient monitoring and necessary nursing interventions; report changes in condition to the care team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, assist with procedures as needed, and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment: enforce policies, supervise patient conduct, and ensure order and safety.
