Requirements

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the practicing state.
• BLS certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing according to orders and protocol.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, initiate nursing interventions, and document responses and progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members; assist with procedures as needed.
• Accurately document all nursing activities, assessments, interventions, patient education, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; enforce facility rules and supervise patient conduct.
