Join a contract/travel opportunity in Belen, NM as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Assignment begins Jun 08, 2026 for 13 weeks with a Tue–Thu schedule. Compensation: Local $36/hr ($1,296 per 36-hr week); Travel $37/hr ($1,332 per 36-hr week).

Required qualifications:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Core responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision, delivering safe, patient-centered treatment
• Conduct thorough patient assessments; administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately
• Manage wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for infection or complications
• Monitor and document vital signs and clinical changes promptly and accurately
• Maintain clear, comprehensive patient records and educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care
• Respond quickly in emergencies and follow established infection control and safety protocols

This role demands clinical competence, strong documentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
