Join a long-term care team in Havre, MT on a contract/travel basis. This position offers varied shifts, an immediate start, and a pay rate of $1,804 per 36-hour period.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS certification
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated patient-centered care
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment

Core responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to long-term care residents, including assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
• Contribute to care planning and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Supervise CNAs and support staff as assigned
• Provide education and support to residents and their families
• Maintain compliance with care standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Accurately document resident status and care activities in the EMR
