Compensation:

• Local: $36/hour — Local PPW: $1,296 (36 hours)
• Travel: $37/hour — Travel PPW: $1,332 (36 hours)

Requirements:

• Valid, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
• BLS certification

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely and accurately
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications
• Monitor and document vital signs continuously as indicated
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and charting
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
