Required qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Core responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under RN or physician supervision
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Perform wound care, including evaluation, cleaning, dressing, and infection monitoring
• Continuously monitor and accurately document vital signs and patient status
• Maintain thorough patient records and educate patients and families on conditions and self-care
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
