Join a 13-week contract in Monterey, CA supporting adults in improving independence and daily function. This local, non-travel role begins July 20, 2026 and follows a four-day weekly schedule (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri). Compensation: $2,086 for 35 hours.

Required qualifications:

• Active, valid Occupational Therapy state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included).

Core responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and environmental needs to identify functional limitations and establish measurable goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to enhance daily living skills.
• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
• Provide patient- and family-centered education on condition management and strategies to promote independence.
• Monitor, document, and communicate progress; collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team.
