Rate: Local: $2,282 / 35 hours

Requirements:

• Current, active Occupational Therapy state license.
• CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED).

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and environmental status to identify functional limitations and establish measurable goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based OT techniques to improve daily living, self-care, work, and community participation.
• Recommend, train in, and document use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families/caregivers on strategies to maximize independence and manage conditions.
• Monitor and document patient progress; revise plans as needed and communicate findings with the multidisciplinary care team.
