Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate delivery of high-quality nursing care using ANA Standards of Nursing Practice.
• Provide clinical leadership and work cooperatively with care team members while maintaining professional nursing standards.
• Support the clinical unit’s philosophy and goals.
• Uphold shared governance principles and nursing responsibilities that guide practice at Valley View Hospital.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited or state board-approved nursing program.
• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• American Heart Association BLS certification with card in hand before start date.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience required; 2+ years preferred.
