Travel RN CVICU/CCU (Glenwood Springs, CO) 36-hr Contract

Location: Glenwood Springs, CO
Assignment: Contract / Travel — Start: ASAP
Shift/Hours: 36 hours/week
Rate: $2,635/36 hours
Unit: CVICU/CCU (cardiac/cardiac critical care)

Minimum requirements

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• BLS and ACLS required
• Prior CVICU, CCU, or critical care nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Specialty cardiac certifications preferred

Core responsibilities

• Continuously assess and monitor cardiac patients: vital signs, hemodynamics, and cardiac rhythms
• Safely administer medications, blood products, and cardiac-related interventions
• Recognize and respond promptly to cardiac emergencies and changes in patient status
• Provide patient and family education on diagnosis, treatment plans, and lifestyle management
• Document care accurately and timely; collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary team members

Licensure, certifications, and documentation must be current before start date.
