Requirements:

• Active, valid Physical Therapy state license.
• CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross (must include AED).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Apply therapeutic modalities and recommend/use appropriate assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals, home programs, and safety.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge planning.
