Rate: Local: $1,362 / 35 hours
Required qualification
- Valid, active Physical Therapy Assistant state license.
Primary responsibilities
- Assist the Physical Therapist with patient evaluations and implement prescribed treatment plans.
- Administer modalities and operate therapeutic equipment as directed.
- Demonstrate and instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and home programs; provide education to patients and families.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain records in compliance with facility policies.
- Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and multidisciplinary team to support patient progress.
- Follow safety, infection control, and facility protocols.
