Requirements

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• BLS certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction, following established care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments; administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform wound care—evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection or complications.
• Continuously monitor, record, and report patient vital signs and clinical changes.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation and participate in patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
