Required Qualifications:

• LPN/LVN with minimum 2 years recent LPN experience
• Active New Hampshire LPN license
• BLS (AHA) certification

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care for cardiac patients per facility policies and care plans
• Monitor cardiac status, perform assessments, and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and treatments, following orders and protocols
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team and report changes in patient condition
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and compliance with regulatory standards
