Requirements:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders; monitor effects and report changes.
• Assess, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection/complications.
• Continuously monitor and record vital signs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly during medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
