Overview:
Join a clinical team providing hands-on patient care in Parkersburg for a five-week, night-shift assignment. This position requires a dependable LPN who can deliver safe, timely nursing interventions and collaborate with RNs and physicians.

Required Qualifications:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• Current BLS certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision, following established care plans.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection or complications.
• Monitor, record, and report patients’ vital signs and clinical changes consistently.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation and communicate relevant information to the care team.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care instructions.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
