Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 9-Week Contract, PM Shift, Rutland VT

We’re looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join a Rutland, VT team on a 9-week contract beginning July 1, 2026. This is a local, non-travel role with a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift and a pay rate of $904 per 40-hour week.

What you’ll bring

• A current, active LPN license for the state.
• BLS certification.

What you’ll do

• Provide hands-on nursing care under the direction of RNs or physicians.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Manage wound care — cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection or complications.
• Regularly monitor and accurately document vital signs and other clinical observations.
• Keep clear, detailed patient records and help educate patients and their families about diagnoses and self-care.
• Act quickly and appropriately in medical emergencies and follow established infection control practices.
