Travel Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN (Nights) — Lima, OH (Contract, 12-hr; Starts Jun 30, 2026)

We’re looking for an experienced RN to join a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry team in Lima, OH on a contract/travel assignment starting June 30, 2026. This is a nights-only position (12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with an every-other-weekend requirement and no on-call. Pay is $1,998 per 36 hours.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing safe, high-quality care on a telemetry/medical-surgical unit.
• Monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing patients on telemetry.
• Administering and titrating cardiac medications as indicated, and recognizing when to intervene for changes in patient status.
• Assessing for stroke signs and symptoms and initiating appropriate responses.
• Using critical thinking to prioritize care and escalate when patient condition changes.

• Start date: June 30, 2026
• Location: Lima, OH
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
• On-call: None

Compensation:

• $1,998 / 36-hour period

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Competence with cardiac medications (examples include Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitroglycerin, Heparin, Cardene, Dobutamine, Lasix, Bumex) and experience with titration
• Strong telemetry skills and rhythm interpretation
• Proven critical thinking and the ability to recognize and act on changes in patient condition
• Knowledge of stroke signs and symptoms and appropriate interventions
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
