Requirements:
- Current, active Physical Therapy state license.
- CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical assessments and establish individualized treatment plans.
- Develop and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
- Provide manual therapy techniques to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
- Apply appropriate therapeutic modalities and recommend/use assistive devices as needed.
- Educate patients and families on condition, treatment goals, and home programs.
- Document evaluations, interventions, and patient progress accurately and timely.
