Join our Allied Health team in West Branch, MI starting June 29, 2026. This full-time Occupational Therapist position works daytime hours (8:00 AM–5:30 PM) with weekend coverage and on-call expectations to be discussed during the interview.

Core qualifications

• Active NBCOT certification and licensure as an OTR (required)
• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• BLS certification highly preferred (must be obtained within one month of hire or transfer)
• One year of OT experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
• Successful completion of MyMichigan Health and affiliate-specific orientation and new-hire competency
• Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written English communication skills for interactions across all levels
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to safely use personal protective equipment and work in environments with potential exposure to communicable diseases
• Ability to perform essential job duties with reasonable accommodation
• Ability to demonstrate and teach treatment routines to professional and non-professional staff
• OSHA training (annual, per Exposure Control Plan) preferred
• AOTA membership preferred

Compensation and benefits

• $14,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment
