We’re looking for a motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a contract team in Oshkosh, WI. This is an ASAP start for a 26-week assignment (07:30 AM–06:00 PM schedule) with a competitive rate of $54.90/hr. The setting involves working in a secure environment, so comfort with crisis situations and collaboration with correctional staff is important.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide individual counseling and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Carry a caseload of approximately 20–30 patients per week.
- Complete psychosocial assessments, establish clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments as needed.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and correctional staff to coordinate care.
What we need from you:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Active LCSW license in Wisconsin.
- Clinical counseling training and relevant experience.
- Comfort with crisis management and working in secure/correctional settings; correctional experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
