Required qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Active Wisconsin LCSW license
- Clinical counseling training and experience
- Experience with crisis management and working in secure/correctional settings preferred
- Ability to work independently
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Manage a caseload of 20–30 patients per week
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop/update treatment plans
- Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and records
- Coordinate and communicate with multidisciplinary and correctional staff
Work environment
- Secure/correctional setting (correctional experience preferred)
- Must be comfortable handling crisis situations and working autonomously
