Assignment: Contract, 26 weeks, start ASAP
Schedule: 07:30 AM–06:00 PM
Rate: $54.90/hr
Core requirements:
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Active LCSW license in Wisconsin
- Clinical counseling training and experience
- Experience with crisis management; able to work in secure/correctional settings
- Correctional experience preferred
- Able to work independently
Key responsibilities:
- Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions
- Manage a caseload of 20–30 patients per week
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, assign diagnoses, and develop/update treatment plans
- Deliver crisis intervention and perform risk assessments
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and correctional staff
