Qualifications:

• Active, valid New Mexico Physical Therapy license.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Deliver hands-on interventions to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Apply therapeutic modalities and recommend/train patients on appropriate assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals, home programs, and safety.
• Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
