• BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS required for: Herrin Hospital PCU, Memorial Hospital of Carbondale PCU, Memorial Hospital of Carbondale Step Down ICU, St. Joseph Memorial Hospital Med/Surg.
• Memorial Hospital of Carbondale ICU requires BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; CSU-ALS preferred.

Candidates must be prepared to float to clinically appropriate units when needed and meet all listed certification requirements.
