Contract Physical Therapist (PT) — Rochester, NH | 15-Week Local Assignment

We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 15-week contract (non-travel) position in Rochester, NH, starting June 29, 2026. This role follows a regular schedule—8:00 AM to 4:30 PM—with a local rate of $2,086 for a 35-hour week.

What we’re looking for:

• An active, valid Physical Therapy state license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included).

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Perform thorough physical assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Design and lead exercise programs that target strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Use hands-on techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain, and apply therapeutic modalities as needed.
• Recommend and instruct patients on assistive devices and mobility strategies.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and track progress with clear, accurate documentation.
