Contract Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) — 14-Week Assignment, Falmouth, ME

We’re looking for a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join a team in Falmouth, ME on a 14-week contract starting June 29, 2026. This is a local, non-travel position with a weekday schedule of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Compensation is $1481 for a 35-hour workweek.

What you’ll need

• A valid, active state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.

What you’ll do

• Work alongside the Physical Therapist to help evaluate patients and carry out prescribed interventions and exercise programs.
• Set up and administer therapeutic modalities and equipment to support patient rehab.
• Teach and guide patients through exercises and explain home programs to help them progress between sessions.
• Keep accurate, timely patient records and communicate closely with the PT and the rest of the healthcare team.
• Follow safety and infection-control procedures at all times.
