Locums - A well respected healthcare system is seeking a Hospice & Palliative Care physician to assist with hospice coverage in east central Indiana
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospice and Palliative Care Physician
- Coverage needed for Oct 12-19, Nov 9-16 with potential for additional coverage in December
- Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p followed by night call 4:30p-8a; Sat-Sun will be 24-hour call
- Hospice coverage only, no palliative care responsibilities
- Active IN license or IMLC w/ LOQ, DEA, BLS, recent case logs required to be considered
- Competitive rate, mileage, lodging, malpractice provided
