- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license

Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
- Conduct patient assessments and administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Perform wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection/complications
- Monitor and document vital signs continuously per protocol
- Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care
- Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control procedures
