Requirements:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• Current BLS certification.

Core responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction.
• Perform patient assessments; administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications.
• Monitor and document vital signs consistently.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education for condition management and self-care.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
