We’re looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a 15-week contract in Santa Clara, CA starting July 6, 2026. This is a local (non-travel) opportunity with a busy, seven-day schedule (Sun–Sat). Compensation is $1,526 for a 36-hour week.

What you’ll bring

• A valid, active Occupational Therapy Assistant license for the state of California.

What you’ll do

• Support the Occupational Therapist in evaluating patients to pinpoint physical and functional limitations.
• Implement therapeutic activities and interventions that improve motor skills, mobility, and independence with daily tasks.
• Train patients in proper use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment to maximize safety and function.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation, tracking progress, treatments, and any changes in condition.
• Follow safety and infection-control guidelines to keep the therapy environment safe and compliant.
