Requirements:
- Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
- Current BLS certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction.
- Perform patient assessments; administer medications and prescribed treatments.
- Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications.
- Continuously monitor and document vital signs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
- Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
