PRN Family Medicine Physician — Flexible Outpatient Schedule, No Call, Competitive Pay

Join a growing outpatient team in the Atlanta area where you can focus on patient-centered primary care without the burden of on-call duties. We’re looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values collaboration, quality care, and a balanced work schedule.

Where you’ll work:
Locations across the region include Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Buckhead, Dallas, Duluth, Hamilton, and Tyrone.

Schedule highlights:

• 3 weekdays per week (Monday–Friday) with extended hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• One weekend shift every other week: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to an adult population
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears), manage acute and chronic conditions, and address urgent needs that present in primary care
• Counsel patients on prevention and wellness and support continuity of care
• Collaborate closely with care teams to meet quality goals
• Review labs and complete thorough EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient panel at about 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions with patients and teammates

Compensation and benefits:

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus a 20–30% incentive plan

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine if applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and commitment to patient-centered care
