Lead Urgent Care NP/PA — Clinical Lead in Farmington, ME | $80–$85/hr, Mentorship & Benefits

Full-time urgent care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed in Farmington, ME to serve as Lead Provider. This role combines clinical practice with site leadership, mentoring, and oversight of on-site clinical staff in a busy urgent care setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Act as clinical leader for on-site clinical staff; ensure clinical excellence and adherence to protocols.
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health professionals; provide precepting as needed.
• Promote evidence-based practice and high clinical standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active Massachusetts license or eligibility for licensure.
• Unrestricted DEA registration (must obtain and maintain).
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred.
• Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience preferred.
