As a Nurse Practitioner Float, you will deliver continuity of care by rotating through varied clinical settings to cover staffing needs, manage patient concerns, and support clinical teams during absences.

This role is based in Cochise County—home to Sierra Vista and nearby Douglas—a region noted for its rich history, vibrant community, and access to southeastern Arizona’s natural attractions.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Minimum two years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current Arizona RN/NP license
• Board certification in the relevant specialty
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Driver’s license and proof of insurance may be required for mileage reimbursement
