Family Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care (Student Loan Repayment)

Minimum qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Arizona NP license
• National board certification in the appropriate specialty
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Driver’s license and proof of insurance may be required for mileage reimbursement

Preferred

• Minimum two years of clinical experience as an NP
