Part-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — 20 hrs/wk, Hybrid, King of Prussia PA

Work model and schedule

• Total commitment: 20 hours/week (17 clinical + 3 administrative)
• Clinical: minimum 10 hours onsite at King of Prussia; up to 7 hours remote
• Administrative: 3 hours remote
• Flexible scheduling to meet business needs
• Required availability during peak after-school hours (after 4:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)

Compensation

• Base salary (part-time, 20 hrs/week): $72,500
• Additional clinical rate: $100 per clinical hour for visits beyond base caseload
• Total earning potential: up to $175,000+ annually

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Board certified as PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania PMHNP/APRN license
• DEA registration and state prescriptive authority
• Minimum 1 year of independent psychiatric practice post-licensure
• Must be onsite in King of Prussia for at least 10 clinical hours/week
• Flexibility to work after 4:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends
• Own computer, phone, and reliable high-speed internet
• Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
