Hybrid PMHNP (1099) — Child/Adolescent & Young Adult Psychiatry, Bala Cynwyd/Media PA

We are hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide hybrid psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and young adults. The role combines onsite work in Bala Cynwyd, PA and telehealth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide medication management and follow-up care
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in case consultation
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EHR

Schedule

• Minimum 10 hours per week total
• At least 5 hours per week onsite in Bala Cynwyd, PA
• Flexible scheduling

Compensation and support

• $120–$140/hour (1099)
• Full credentialing support
• Paid weekly clinical consultation and peer collaboration
• Ongoing clinical training and development
• Administrative support; liability insurance provided
• Reimbursement for client no-shows

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Pennsylvania
• Board certification as PMHNP-BC (ANCC or AANP)
• DEA registration and Pennsylvania prescriptive authority
• Minimum 2 years independent PMHNP experience
• At least 1 year working with children, adolescents, or young adults
• Proficiency with EHR and Google Workspace
• Reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet for telehealth
