Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — Hybrid, 2 Days Onsite, After-School/Weekend Availability, Bala Cynwyd PA

Join a collaborative behavioral health team in Bala Cynwyd, PA, providing hybrid in-person and telehealth psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and young adults. This role requires evening/weekend availability to cover peak “after school hours.”

Work model and schedule

• Minimum 12 hours per week
• Availability after 4:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends
• Onsite at least 2 days per week (choose one: Mon & Thurs; Tue & Fri; or Wed & Sat)
• Remaining hours may be remote

Compensation and benefits

• Salary: $135,000–$145,000

Required qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program
• Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
• Active PA PMHNP/CRNP/APN license
• DEA registration and state prescriptive authority
• Minimum 1 year of independent psychiatric practice post-licensure
• Proficiency with EHRs and telehealth platforms

Key responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and brief psychotherapy as indicated for pediatric and young adult populations
• Deliver care in both telehealth and in-person settings
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members and refer as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory and billing requirements
