Hybrid PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health NP) — 1099, Pediatric/Adolescent Focus — Media, PA

We’re looking for a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our growing behavioral health team in Media, PA. This hybrid position blends onsite and telehealth care, allowing you to deliver high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric services to children, adolescents, and young adults.

What you’ll do

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Create individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing medication management.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and support positive outcomes.
• Participate in weekly clinical consultation and peer collaboration to refine treatment approaches.

Schedule

• Minimum commitment: 10 hours per week.
• At least 5 hours per week onsite in Media, PA.

Who we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Pennsylvania.
• Board-certified PMHNP (ANCC or AANP).
• Valid DEA registration and Pennsylvania prescriptive authority.
• At least 2 years’ independent PMHNP experience, with a minimum of 1 year working with children, adolescents, or young adults.
• Comfortable with EHR systems and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet for telehealth visits.
