Required:

• Valid, active California Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with patient evaluations to identify physical and functional limitations.
• Implement therapy interventions and activities to improve motor skills, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment.
• Document treatments, progress, and changes in patient condition accurately and promptly.
• Follow safety and infection-control policies to maintain a safe therapy environment.
