Requirements:
- Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
- BLS certification.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction.
- Perform patient assessments and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications.
- Monitor and document vital signs continuously as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
