LPN (Long-Term Care) Night Shift, 4-Week Contract in Tewksbury, MA

Join a long-term care team in Tewksbury, MA as a contract LPN for a 4-week assignment (Nights). This role offers an immediate start, an 8-hour/40-hour per week schedule, and competitive pay (Travel: $1,468/40 hrs; Local: $1,412/40 hrs).

What you’ll do

• Provide routine nursing care and support residents’ daily health needs
• Administer medications and treatments per orders
• Monitor, assess, and document changes in resident condition
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility as required
• Maintain accurate resident records in EMR systems and support shift handoffs
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Follow infection control, safety protocols, and report concerns to the RN/supervisor promptly
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative care planning

What we’re looking for

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Familiarity with EMRs (e.g., PointClickCare) preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills
