LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) — Long-Term Care (Tewksbury, MA)

Join a long-term care team in Tewksbury, MA for a 4-week contract (ASAP start). Full-time days: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week. Travel rate $1,468/40 hrs; local rate $1,412/40 hrs.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts
• 1+ year experience in long-term care/SNF preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Familiarity with EMRs (e.g., PointClickCare) preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key responsibilities:

• Provide routine nursing care and support residents’ daily health needs
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and document accurately
• Monitor, assess, and report changes in resident condition to RN/supervisor
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility as required
• Maintain precise EMR documentation and participate in shift handoffs
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies
• Attend team meetings and support collaborative care delivery
