Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license.
• Previous nursing leadership/management experience.
• Current BLS certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), ensuring adherence to facility policies and procedures.
• Oversee patient care activities: assessments, medication administration, documentation, and care planning.
• Participate in staffing and scheduling to maintain appropriate coverage and efficient patient care.
• Mentor, educate, and support professional development of nursing staff.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with quality standards; conduct audits and implement corrective actions for improvement.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate care according to established protocols.
